Planting Design and Installation

From in-ground gardens to entryway pots and containers, urban gardens come in many compact shapes and sizes. I specialize in small-space plantings and focus on climate-appropriate, water-wise, pollinator-friendly choices. I do not personally install hardscaping or construction (decks, patios, etc.), but I can coordinate my design work with your preferred landscape contractor; ask me for a recommendation if needed.

Seasonal Pruning and Cleanups

Cutting back perennials, pruning fruit trees, refreshing container plantings, cleaning up a recently-acquired space that was previously neglected…I love these projects! Many plants don’t need weekly attention, but benefit from spring or winter pruning, seasonal fertilizer, and periodic maintenance.

Garden Consultation

Perhaps you already have regular gardeners but feel like some corners of your space aren’t thriving and need specialty attention, or you are a home gardener that could use pointers about how to improve your garden care. If you need a little spot-care rather than a total overhaul, contact me!
